You have an odd notion of rejected when words like "add me" and "current offer" are thrown around, as well as the fact that he sold for less. It's not uncommon for people to current offer things with the intent to accept them shortly after, especially if the seller has them add on steam. A better assumption would be that the deal fell through somewhere along the line. He wouldn't have sold for 1.6 if he had a standing 2 offer.

Also I couldn't help but notice now that you literally copy pasted a bunch of the proof from the suggestion 4 months ago. I'm unsure if this is meant to be a serious suggestion.

All of your proof save for the first link is 4+ months old, which is far too old to be used as proof now. All of that would have been from when the last suggestion was made.

The one in the first link with the C/O of a Duped Max Sold for a Nuts Headwarmer (~17 keys) + 13 keys + 4.7 keys in sweets = ~1.6 buds

And it looks like you bought it from that guy for an Electrostatic Tin Gallon, which has no price yet. Depending on how the price of the Tin Gallon turns out, this may actually be due for a drop in price, due to a sale at 1.6 and offer of 2.
