in my opinion I say NO.

Then by all means, please provide us with counterproof. The suggestion is still open, find us some links of people selling for 3.66 refined and less, successful buyers for less than the suggested range, and show us some unsold trades asking for 4 refined or more. Give people a reason to back up your accusations; don't just blindly disagree like a petulant child.

I'm sorry your opinion was more important than the proof.
