no. you see, He needs proof to lower the price in the FIRST place, if there is a buyer at 2.33, and someone is willing to do that, then, that's proof, because they both made the trade and are both willing to,

But, if he goes and want's to make the boston boom bringer .55, and there are buyers at .55, then, people who own it won't sell it to those buyers...

You know the 3rd and 4th link is selling at 2.33? And if you checks Kaus backpack (in 4th link) it was sold, he just hasn't taken it down.

Buyers aren't really valid proof, since everyone wants an item for a cheap price. Just for future notice.

Some are willing to sell the item for that price to the buyer.
