I know some of the proof is old but the price is older.

2 things -

One: The one where you added 'Although we don't know which one', he/she is selling both kinds for a scrap.

Two: The one marked two scrap has turned the price into an account for a different game.

im not so sure on that

a lot of people sell weapons for 1 scrap each and people actually buy them, but they are only worth half a scrap and will always be worth half a scrap

There is nothing special about this item. It is just like every other regular item in the game. It is valued at 0.05 ref but always sold at 0.11 ref.

If this gets bumped up to 0.11 ref, then every other item should be bumped as well. Because that idea doesn't make sense, this should stay at 0.05 ref.

That only applies to craftable weapons. This is an uncraftable weapon so its price can be completely different.

proof #5, I checked the item history in the buyers bp and it was the craftable one.. but who knows.. maybe he bought them both and sold the uncraft :D
