Only having two trades of history on this hat, it may be wise to wait until more instances of the hat selling exist before trying to establish a base value. See if you can successfully sell the one you own before remaking your vote with the proper range.
Sorry for the wrong link I will try to fix that, and mine won't be on the market for a while, and I doubt the other guy who bought it will have his on the market either since Heavy seems to be one of his main classes. So it might be a long while before another sail arises on the market.
