It's pretty much too early to make another suggestion for a Bill's, last suggestion was only 4 days ago...

Maybe I am out of the loop but why are Bill's dropping like this? Is it the rising key prices?

The price of bills are going down but i dont think they will go that low for a while yet as the price isnt dropping too rapidly. Maybe in a few weeks it will be at this price.

You'll need a lot more than 3 trades for your low end for an item like the bill's. Votes are already very down. Feel free to resuggest if you can provide much more proof.
