3 weeks old price, 2 pages of this non-paint, and only 5110 of these are uncraftable so there is going to be barley any proof.
Selling and sold for 9 keys:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13695646 hardly bump
unsold for 10 keys:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13547722 5 days
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13654495 2 days
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13651750 2 days
Conclusion: It takes days to sell it for 10 keys even if it was painted it would still take days to sell (depends on paint). You would pretty much have a better chance selling it for 9 keys. Plus the fact that people are buying the craftable voodoo juju more then the uncraftable one? and people want to buy it at a lower price and sell it for a higher price to make a profit.
I don't like the lack of a range here. 8-9 keys would be much better. Several people are selling for less than 9 keys.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13704692 (7 keys + 3 ref)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13709137 (8 keys + 3 ref)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/140657108 (Although wrapped)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13206669 (9 keys)
However, I think a conservative should be needed. 8 keys is still selling too quick. My trades below are sold with not even a bump, and the other one is sold within a day
Upbeat!

the last one is gifted though, and can't really be used as proof. (does show that 8 keys sells fast though)
I didn't notice about it, thanks for telling me :D
