I worked with new the guide lines, and as you can, only new hats/effects require 2 sales.

Why are you remaking this? Mr. Bucket closed it because you only have 1 sale that can be priced. The new rule doesn't only apply to new hats/effects.
Well yeah it is. It applies only to new effects. And here, the creator of this rule, confirmed this.

This is not a new hat/new effect.

Yeah, rare hat, with 1 sale at many months = flat price

Cant you wait to suggest a new price some later? There are some problems with the sales for unpriced hats .We need to wait some time, because lack of range isnt good at all. Thats my opinion.
Well this hat have no price for around 9 months, I don't think it's better to leave it without price for any longer. I'm NOT basing price on unpriced hat, it's just here to show there is another sale, for mid-high tier bicrone. The price is based off other sale for 13 hour milkman.

Thing is, secret salty is 7.7 buds mid price. You offered me to suggest 7.9 buds high end. I don't understand why you are willing to cancel to the overpay calculation and in addition, add 0.2 buds more as possible sweets.
Ah yeah. 7.7 is fine. I must have misread it. Or maybe it was painted in the bp and added some value or something. I didn't actually go to the unusual pricelist. I just saw what its flat value was in the bp

I didn't suggested earlier because I didn't wanted to either suggest a wrong price, or suggest a price that is different then what admin told me :O
Wouldn't be really surprised, things that are rare tend to be worth a lot as a collectors item. Upvote.
Alright man. I looked at this again, and this just can't be priced right now.
Let's break this down. 1 exists and 2 sales? total. 1 sale is based on the milkman price which is 5 months old and other sale is based on a hat that is unpriced. As good as shen is, I don't think his suggestion 5 months ago necessarily holds now.
Feel free to resuggest on this one after pricing the other 2 or after it sells again.
