Well, new hats should have their price soon ... :)
this hat (Bubbling Shooter's Tin Topi), three persons have it in this game ... and i know that they aren't enough, but if there's something enough, it would be the time or the duration that this hat doesn't have a price ...

You bought it for Overclocked Dixie so saying "no sales happened" is wrong.
That would be 1.9 buds, too.
There are not any offers remotely close to your high range, this price is almost entirely on your own personal opinion. Long story short, downvote.
