It's not the only offer in 4 range, there is a offer of GBH Heavy Duty Rag too which got sold for $200. And I own this unusual for a long time, many times I have seen 3 pure offers and right now there is 3.2 pure, 4 pure and a unusual which reaches above 4 buds if its $200 incl. tax / fees

You can't use the GBH heavy duty rag as proof in the absence of a defined price on it. 200 could have been an outlier not representative of what it is selling for most times.
