Was most likely sold for a Vivid Plasma Noir (~2.5 buds). There's a gap in the seller's bp history from the 2nd to the 5th of august, and the sale can't be seen. The buyer is a frequent unusual seller/buyer (has several in their backpack) and history is rather uncertain.

And http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198016938590 the bp value history lowered by 0.2 buds from the 2nd to the 5th, the Billycock's current price being ~2.7 and the Noir's ~2.5

What I mean is, very gud proof.
Easy to price since it is 1 of 1 and hasn't sold many times. Normally I wouldn't accept a sale that old as proof since that was already incorporated in the previous suggestion (this really should be 2.5 flat), but 2.5-2.7 is close enough.
