The current price is kinda old and no one is selling the armored authority for less then 1.5 buds pure:

- Steaming Honcho's wasn't a 1:1, the owner of the Honcho wanted the AA to add. Green fetti is 1.4 with overpay, still in the range.
- 33 keys offer was a massive 5 months ago and was used as proof for the last suggestion; too old to be valid.
- $60 Steam Market (which is where he was offering) is only 28-29 keys, falls into the current range.
- Buyouts mean nothing.
TL;DR proof is all invalid or not very good. I don't see any reason for it to go up based on the proof you've provided.
Paying 60$ in the market is still paying 60$ and if he trusted paypal he would pay it in paypal.
another thing our blackzio sold the same hat and effect for 32 keys ans he commented before.

Blackzio's sale was 5 months ago (as he stated it on his suggestion) and invalid. $60 in Steam Market is different because you can't get keys lower than $2.10 on Market, whereas through Paypal you can get them for $1.80 or lower. Thus, there's less keys to $60. Green Fetti Honcho's is the only proof supporting your suggestion even slightly, and it still falls within current range.
blackzio just sold it for 32 keys which is in the range, he said it was hard to sell but he still sold it withing the given range.
