Came back from vacation yesterday, back to repwhoring today. The proof isn't mine, it was found buy genxl
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12305680 c/o 6 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12141505 c/o 1 key 5 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12505263 offer of 1 key
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13701952 buying for 1 key
the 1 key 5 ref offer however seems shady, the offerer doesn't have a bp of that value and at all it's an outlier. 1 key gets offered though and there's a buyer for it.
Rare item, so not many links. 1 key might not be perfect but better than bazaar spammer's price
6 ref =/= 1 key
6 ref basically equals a key. Its 1.02 keys. Its much easier to call it 1 key since its 1 scrap more and a 1-1.02 key range would be pointless.
As Duscoda said the keys where 5.44-5.55 =
Your proof (stolen proof) is invalide
but it is still better then the current range.
but is not valid lol ...
why not, because it is more then 1 ref?
Because there are offers better then 1 key ...
but the offer is still valid...
he just does not include the better offer because it seems like an outlier.
Just because "it SEEMS like an outlier" don't mean that he shoudn't put it in the range
please explain to me how proof isn't valid when there are other offers. This seems highly unreal to me, but I'm open to all reasoning. I did not include the 1 key 5 ref offer (which I would have made 1.9 keys, not 1.8) because I believed it was an outlier. 1 key happens, and quite regularly. That's why I suggested a 1 key flat price. If you still disagree, feel free to make another counter. 3 isn't the maximum of suggestions for the same item open at the same time, I have seen 4 (some unusual) and I believe somebody mentioned there were 5. But that's really off-topic.
tl;dr If you disagree, make a counter
Counter in your proof
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12305680 c/o 6 ref | 6 ref =/= 1 key
if it is an outlier, it should not be in the range.
no indeed. 6 ref is not a key. it's 1.02 keys, and within a week it is a key. Happy now? 1.02 keys is terribly hopeless
Nope, not happy
You're such a stealer... I should have asked that guy...
That 6 ref offer was over 1 month ago. So it could have been offered when keys were 5.44-5.55 ref, making that offer worth 1.1 keys. Also the person that was offered 1 key + 5 ref had an offer of 1 key + 2 ref two weeks ago.
Nuuu. Raise the price after i buy one. :P Well this price is better than the other one, so ill upvote.
Upvote, thanks for verifying my suggestion, I'm not good at gathering good proof :(
