Had offers of a level 36 Black Max, 2.5 pure, a Eerie Slouch plus around 5 keys in sweets, Stormy Tyrant and a green energy berliner.

you can't really base low ends off offers, but you can do that to high ends.

you also need more proof of sales (even though it's not on the market anymore) such as what previous owners sold it for or what you bought it for

I bought it off the community market for $70 and the last time the previous owner had it up for sale on outpost was 7 months ago. I couldn't find any other proof because none are for sale.

$70 is roughly 1.8 buds

I believe that the market sale was somewhat of a quicksale. I had been getting offers higher than that and ended up selling it for 3 pure.

if you're going by market price for the unusual, you have to go by key price aswell which is ~$2.20

Which ends up being a major outlier that shouldn't be used.

A Sunbeams one would be sold for 3 and thats a good price, this would sell for 2.5 as a good pure promo price, so ya.. not 3 only if its a lucky long wait sale

Multiple pure offers well above 2 and 3 pure sale is legit. Your low end may even be too low
