Agreed, as I highly doubt anyone would sell for less than a bud, I feel like the price of P.Fetti is rising as well, and this is only a minor change.

Also I got offered 30 keys + 3-6 keys of sweets on my Whoopee without even having it on Outpost. Not taking it because I don't want to sell, but that's around an estimate.

might be a bit of an outlier for now + you'd need proof of it.
