As it looks like, he is looking for around 8-10 buds, but opened for short time, probably decided to keep this, and not selling this. (Lol I also wanted to tell this fail joke)

Yeah. We have plans to make these kinds of suggestions acceptable (setting a price on a hat retroactively to when it last sold for). So if we accepted this, it would be listed on the unusual pricelist as a 9 months old price. But we don't have this in place just yet. I'll let you know if/when that happens. Right now though, I would argue that 6 buds 9 months ago =/= 6 buds today. And that scorching cowl 9 months ago =/= scorching cowl today. So it would be hard to figure a value

Well I did a research and found out that same scorching cowl in that time, that 「WGI-[★]'◡'6AMKillerRolys got it for the secret rag, sold for ~6 buds, just the same price as the one today.

So 10 * 11 = ~110 keys. 110/26 (buds was 26 at that time, http://backpack.tf/vote/id/50a4a598ba25365f1d000217) = ~4.2 buds. with another max added, it's total of around ~6 buds with overpay.
