The ushanka was uncraftable (I mostly only deal in uncraftable) and the casual and monk hair were also uncraftable. Still pretty good deal indeed.

I don't think you actually know that user, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have accepted less. I know he also asks quite alot for uncrafts. Check his profile if you want to check that. So, no, you wouldn't have been able to get it for less.

I have no doubt that this could be sold for 1 or even 1.33 ref (some people just don't care if a hat is uncraftable). But unlike some uncraftables that are rarely on the market, there are actually quite of few of these unpainted that are available:
