Basing the range off of sales because I feel they are more concrete. You may be asking why I didn't take the 35 key offer from the 2nd trade as the highend, but I felt that was also an outlier considering other trade sales and offers. So, 3 sales at 1 bud, 1 at 1 bud + 9 keys, and 1 at 2.4-2.5 buds (outlier). There are also numerous offers to back them up.

Also, there was another very recent trade with a yellow belt that has since been closed. I believe the c/o there was 1 bud + ~9 keys in items. If I find it, I'll add it in.
