Nice hat but not a nice effect, time for a price update!
31 are known to exist.
First real unusual suggestion so sorry if it sucks.
Trade 1
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13779191
Best offer and most recent offer is 18 keys in pure, however the trader has denied this offer, last check this trade is 14-15 hours old so I will keep this trade updated
trade 2
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13730656
B/O is 22 keys in pure however out of the offers posted, no one has showed any interest in the unusual. This trade is 2 days old so I will be keeping this updated as well.
trade 3
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3737698
Very old but active trade (9 months old)
recent notable offers
Orbiting fire prancers pride (18 – 19 keys)
Smoking crocleather slouch (17 – 20 keys)
Item still remains unsold after so long So a change of price should get people somewhat more interested in buying the hat.
Trade 4
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12679837
Offered a planets industrial festivaliser (12 – 14 keys)
Trade 5
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/2946890
year old with decent offers being very old as well, new offers has been just trolls.
With this proof I think that changing the price to 18 – 20 keys would be a suitable change.

Counter proof welcome and If I messed anything up, please let me know!
Offers don't really matter when you're bringing the price down. I'd like more to see sales at your range, to see proof that in the end, people are willing to let it go for what you're suggesting.
I thought that offers did matter, Don't we have to take in consideration what people are willing to spend on it as well as what people are willing to sell it at.
Sorry for this late reply, I've been rather busy
That's alright. You can only base a price range off of offers if you're raising the price, because it shows that people are willing to pay more. When lowering, you either want to show b/o's for under the current range and/or successful sales for less. Without those two things, theres no proof that the seller would let it go for that little.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13758627 - this hat and smoking OMA (14-18 keys) for steaming tyrantium helmet
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13820349 - appears to have sold for blizz milkman? (1.6-1.7)
Surprisingly few sales of this hat. And both of these sales are shaky at best. I'm not so sure a price drop is necessary...
http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,1887156931,666,6 bmoc was added for milkman
Which would be ~1 bud
But with sales so hard to find we might have to use offers. For now thought, I would suggest resubmitting as 18-22
