I am not sure why the last suggestion was closed(see: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/520b0565ba25361a79000011 ). The reason given was http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/3306-new-rules-regarding-unusual-suggestions-please-read/

The topic clearly specifies that this new rule requiring 2 sales is meant to apply to new hats and effects. This is neither a new hat nor new effect, so I fail to see how the new rule justifies rejecting this. The topic also states that in the case of old hats/effects with only one sale in >3 months, a flat price is acceptable. This hat fits all those criteria, so I don't see why there was reason to reject this last time.

The sale had many offers(a good portion of which were pure offers) leading up to the sale at 2.8, proving the sale was not an outlier:

-Beams Ushanka(heavy)(~2.5 buds)

-50 keys (2.3 buds)

-G Fetti Whoopee(~1.3) + 1 = (~2.3 buds)

-2 buds + 5 keys (2.2 buds)

-2 buds + 14 keys + sweets(2.6 + ? = 2.7 probably at least)

-2 buds + 7 keys + lvl.99 muffler (2.4 buds)

-2 buds + 5 keys(again)(~2.2 buds)

-Stormy headwarmer + 18 keys(~2.5 buds)

-2 buds + 17 keys(~2.8 buds, retracted)

-Bubbling Milkman(~1.1) + O. Fire Shako(~1.1) = ~2.2(prices outdated, so iffy)

Once again, old hat, old effect, first sale in a long time in completely pure buds/keys, and none left on the market after this one was sold. If its not too much trouble I'd like a little discussion instead of just randomly closing things like last time.
