CONCLUSION

The hat needs an adjustment. Its not 19-20 keys. Not many people are prepared to pay this. I was lucky. And if I was greedy, I believe I could've gotten an extra 3 keys (proof http://puu.sh/479Sc.png).

The hat is not impossible to sell at 19-20 keys. But DAMN are people finding it hard. I doubt its even this price, but if I can sell for this price, I'm sure its feasable. The low end DOES need to be lowered however.
