There really hasn't been much activity with this item. The only sale was at 1.2 buds and there are some offers of 1 - 1.1.

Well I've got the sale at 1.2 and some offers under that. There's basically nothing to warrant 1.3 - 1.4.

Is it impossible to sell at 1.4 or 1.3?

It looks like offers on the lower end is common and they get denied. Not really a reason to lower the upper end.
