It actually was. There are barely any recent sales below 3 months old, and thisnisnthe only documented one. Sales quickly become outdated as Insift through the history :/

Well, price of any unusual shouldn't be less then 11 keys(even the worst in tf2), so I think 11-12 would be more accurate.
