Yes it might be in the range, but there are none from recent sales, that have sold for under 1.8 buds. so why have 1.5 in there. Plus it is an outdated price, witch needed a tiny fix.

What you need to do is go to both of those trades and find the offers that are under 1.8 that were rejected. They will prove that 1.5 is no longer possible, and therefore should not be in the range.
