Autpost has been down for a while now and shows no sign of coming back, so yeah, I feel ya.
Technically, the two-sale rule only applies to hats with the new effects (and some newer hats with any effect), but it's good to include a range if you can. Upchuck.
It was not totally sure if the 4 bud sale was an outlier, especially since the guy had no plan what he was doing. And there were other sales, not just 1 in like 6 months, so 1 was surely not enough.
yay proof that fits with the range! although im almost positive that the effect isnt new, i dont think it just came out last halloween. and can we constitute what exactly counts as 'new'? (if somebody hasnt already?) welp, im off to the new rules forums page!
ok on a side note (and this is why im replying to your comment), i know this might not be the best place to ask, but while im here and i see you made a comment i have to ask, will us saying "autpost" ever be deemed offensive to the point to where we cant use it without risking a warning/ban.
because ive avoided saying it 3 times today and im thinking any day now cleaverpun is gonna warn/ban me for saying it, i just get a hunch.

And Hatrix doesn't have the towering in his bp.
Must've sold it. When OP comes back, I'll try to prove his ownership and association with the trade. Damn Autpost >.<
Yeah, I saw he got a Tyrolean and not towering, but I checked the guy who previously owned the Tyrolean, and he don't have the towering either.
What about the luch old price?
Although I can't provide direct proof that the towering was passed over to hatrix, you can clearly see it in the past history of the guy who now has the knife storm football: http://www.tf2items.com/id/Massive_Sladanker?time=1377200703
Furthermore, there is also a planets lucha present in that bp at that time, which we know hatrix is selling, yet it also doesnt display hatrix as the owner yet: http://www.tf2items.com/item/1873193344
which is also true of the buds in his inventory at the time: http://www.tf2items.com/item/1887489328
So, basically, its very likely that the trade occurred the way NecroTed described it, considering the confirmation image posted above and the fact that all three items are no longer present in his bp at this time (without a new owner displayed by tf2items yet).
