Could use some more detective work. One of the 13 keys is an assumption and you have to consider unusual overpay on the other hats. Neutral for now.

Steaming pusher + 2 keys with overpay is 15 keys. Dapper with overpay is 13 keys. Plenty 13 key sales and offers, your argument is invalid

My friend was able to sell one of these for 13 keys in only a couple hours, i'll ask him for screenies when he's on.
