Outpost is down, you should wait to make these kind of suggestions.

I think 15-16 would be a better range, jumping up by a whole key is a bit much.

It is selling for 17 keys .The thing that matters is the price not the jump by 1 key people are buying for 17 then it should increase.

I thought you would gladly support it going up... With you having bought multiple at 12 a week or 2 ago ;)

Outpost has the biggest user base and a few links from the other sites although are proof wont be near enough proof for the price to be increased :l

Though i agree that this item probably would go up, it's clearly not possible for people to gather nor check the proofs atm.

Trade.tf has a megaton of buyers at 16 keys, a few at 17, so I would imagine that this suggestion is valid. However, I think we should wait until outpost is up so we can actually check his links.

It's back now. Also it doesn't matter if the last suggestion was a day ago. Like Brad said the main goal of backpack.tf is provide users with up to date and accurate prices.

I sold my BMOC that I had for at least a month, it was painted, I got 17 keys. It sold almost instantly and when I checked all the open trades selling BMOC almost everyone was selling for 17 or more, luckily I was able to buy back in at 16. A bunch of people have it listed at 20 or a buds, it is what it is. People should vote for what the price is, not what it will be, regardless of whether or not the trade price goes down in the future, the price ain't going down now, nor is it at 15 anymore.

It seems people are falling over eachother to get a b.m.o.c. all of the sudden. In the past few days, I've had several people approach me out of nowhere trying to buy mine and at least half of them were obviously trying to shark me. Now, I am not complaining about that because trolling sharks is really fun. :D Anyway, as far as outpost goes, there also appear to be two kinds of buyers right now. The first kind are those straight up offering at the backpack.tf price or higher, and the second kind are those hoping to take advantage of people who still aren't aware that the price has gone up (offering to buy at the old price).

It's very easy when a items is at a steady trend ,either for increasing or decreasing, to influence the current sellers, just post a half baked suggestion with some solds and add some "selling" links as a filler so the paragraph of proofs can be of the size of a credible suggestion and VOILÁ! Magically sellers change their prices and potential buyers follow the trend

Just pointing out that you cant justify that because no one has posted that they haven't bought or offered. Many of my trades / offers are done by a user adding me and not posting on my thread even though i sometimes state to post offer before adding, also it is more likely when someone states a price on their post a user will just add if interested in buying.

Trying to buy a BMOC, if any of you actually look through the offers on trades while searching for the one quicksell @ 15 keys, you can see people offering above 15 keys and still getting rejected on peopleasking 17+
