Why I didn't put 1.5 as the high end: The SS brig has been sold for 1.5 buds about 4 times and quicksold once to me, it's price is outdated. More importantly, there are two competing B/Os of 1.5 buds.

1 pure sells somewhat fast for the clean one but not so fast as to be a quicksell. Both that sold for 1 pure sat on the market for a little while and the first one didn't get a single offer at 1.3 before lowering to 1.
