L1 got a retracted offer of 25 keys because the guy bought one for 25. that was the only 1+ bud offer he got on the pug. Remake the range with 19-25
L1 means last one right? Anyways this one mostly shows about the 1 buds range

No. The only trades supporting 1.3 are 5 months old. It's a downvote from me, bp.tf strives for accuracy so if I were you I'd manually close this and remake with a range that better reflects today's price. (When I say today, I mean within a month or so)
Actually the 1of1 on outpost got some offers around 1.3
Not quite. They reach about 1.1-1.15, and it's a buyout of 1.5 but looked to be sorta willing to do 1.3 (28 keys) down bottom on the most recent pure offer as of me typing this.
If it's sold for 1.3, I will support this price but for now I will change to neutral as I am unsure.
