(Note: about half of the craftable boots on outpost are painted and trying to sell the boots at a higher price, so they're not really much people selling @ 1.2 keys.)

As you can see, it is actually possible to sell this @ 1 Key, but its not really possible to sell this higher than 1 key. Looks like 1 Key flat is better.
