This was an offer of a whit bills=1.4 ^^^
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13845940
Here an O planets cold killer=1.7
On the second trade it was a bud and white bills its early so I messed up
White and Black bills are 0.33 of buds.
Not to mention your 1st and 3rd links are the same. And i didn't see anyone offering what you said they were.
You just hav to look at the hidden trades
Black and white bills are 8 keys and if thy are 1/3 of a bud than that makes a bud 24 keys so black/white bills are 38-39%
Only thing is .. they arent 8 keys .. i could find some easily for 7 , I'm sure 6 is possible just as easily . Close this suggestion because it wont pass.
This is just to prove your first link offer, it was on this trade http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13745556
Though, 1.4 is already in range, and I see nothing to do with an offer of a planets cold killer, even if there was that offer, it would come to 1.35 buds including overpay (1.5-1.7 mid=1.6 1.6 * .9 = 1.35)
Look at the hidden trades
If there's some things that you expect us to see, put them in your proof in the first place rather than telling us to look for ourselves.
Even so, there is no proof of 1.7 I'm afraid :/
Yes the cold killer o planets 1.7
The range for that hat is 1.5 - 1.7 for a suggestion, you need to count unusual overpay. That works like this:
median price (1.6)
1.6 * 0.9 = 1.35
1.35 is the correct figure here.
