The only botkillers that matter for item level at 42, 69, 99, 100, 101, 123, 169, 199 and 200. Although I've had very decent success at selling my over level 100s for higher then the actual amount.

Hell I sold my Carbonado Medi I got on my 100th tour for 6 keys.
