I'm going to chalk this one as an outlier, as there's no real reason I'd give even one of those hats for dat Rack.

Anyway, as for the Pencil Pusher... this is somewhat experimental for me, but I'm going to splice in two additional suggestions within this one. Thus, here's my proof starting with this hat:
