I would of thought a more recent sale of the same hat would override older sales?

ok, for me anything older than ~2 weeks is too old in my books for a lower tier unusual.

1 month isnt old and this is not a low-tier unusual. Compared to how often steaming or smoking is traded, confetti is not low tier.
