Considering that there are just 2 links for 2.33 and one was never bumped and the other one had changed price. I don't think 2.33 is in range. However, it does need a conservative bump since it is 3 months ago. The other suggestions has lack of proof. Counterproof which I don't think there are and other typical suggestions are appreciated.       The exact same suggestion is wrong in my opinion, I don't think 2.33 is needed to be in range.
