That sale for 13 pure was 4+ months ago, which is just as old as the price you are trying to update.
All those other good offers seem quite old as well...especially with plenty of other current data available.
I agree. And the owner who received an offer of 13 pure is willing to take 11 - sign that 13 pure is long gone.

Every single offer >11 is more than 2 months old. And you said yourself, the secret bonk sale is a massive outlier. The owner who received those offers of 12-13 jumped at 11 pure, but was retracted.

current b/o of 12.5 , a sale of cauldrons accounting overpay that is at most ~12.5, and a recent owner who was willing to take 11 shows me that 13 buds is too high for todays prices.
