Makes for an easy, flat 6-7 range.
Current price was originally set as 6 buds when Erika previously bought her Cowl 4 months ago. Seeing a Hearts Cowl on the market is very uncommon.

Tempting, but, most likely not. I've been searching for one for the past 4+ months and am probably going to keep it at least a little while.
If it's worth more than 7 I'd wonder why 6 would even be in the range. Guess this is better than the current price anyway. I'll go with it.
It got offered lots of 6~ offers on the trade 4 months ago, but still ended up selling for 6 pure. I also bought one for 6 pure. Technically, they're the only person offering 7 as of right now. It's more of a conservative bump based on my buy and that offer.
i am afraid, but high range of this suggestion is uncorrect.
I relised, that trade of Sunsets be Shimmerin' was made for braging and didnt have purpose of real sale, just for receiveing offers. so. i decided to retract my offer.
since i am the only one man who offered this, i think it would be correct to cancel this sugestion without accepting. i am kind of tired of people who doing like the person above (he accepted my offer in chat, asked for time to paly with hat. we agreed. than he decided not to sell it, and now i see this suggestion with my offer, that was recieved with unlegit trade (Don't create trades unless you're actually going to trade the items (don't brag, basically) rule 2 of outpost.).
i will not offer 7 buds for this hat again in any case.
Trade wasn't a brag or faulty, I love trading and was debating selling it (I even asked a couple friends if they thought I should trade it away or keep it). I asked for you to wait a couple days because I wanted to think on it. Want proof? I asked Shadow if he thought I should, ask him if you believe my trade was full brag with no intention to sell. I decided against selling because I saw no other way to get a Hearts Cowl if I sold it unless a new one was unboxed.

Don’t you think you should do debating before posting trade with cowl? Because this doesn’t change anything. whatever it was, bragging or not, you were not actually going to trade the cowl. its still breaking of rule.

don’t you understand, it is changing nothing: you should ask shadow before posting trade, not after.
To another side, i clearly understand you, Sunsets be Shimmerin'. You like your hat, and you are afraid not to find another. i say more: i would do the same. But last thing i would do with my favorite hat i am afraid to loose is putting it for sale. Same with Erica, i just don’t understand, if it is not a simple bragging.
And i clearly understand your decision to change your mind and not sell it.

Sorry for making you upset about missing out on a hat you really want. I'll let you believe whatever floats your boat. This shit has happened to me before (minus this backpack.tf part) many times of me missing out on a hat I want, I know how it feels. But the facts of this suggestion still stand. If I had sold it to you, I still would have suggested 6-7 as a range. The thing is I changed my mind about the deal and decided to keep it (for now). The deal that could have been made is still valid.
Again I'm sorry if I got your hopes up and let you down and I wish you good luck on finding another Hearts Cowl.
Only other sale not mentioned in this or the last suggestion happened 5 months ago and that sale is unclear.
7 pure offer is legit. And I think it's fair to price a hat based on an offer when the owner puts it on the market to get its value assessed
