Still think the low-end should be 1.1 IMO.

Non on the market or on sale are all duped, therefore the hat's lowend should be 1 bud

The stormy croc + p.fetti capotain offer was retracted by the user, so it's no longer valid. It was also significantly higher than the other offers. I think the suggested high range is a bit high, maybe 1-1.3 would be better
