Because it sold stupidly fast. Also, as long as it's not a craft FDU, It can get a higher price. Nobody wants to have to see the craft number on a high priced item.

High end is too high. There are more sellers at 3 and 4 than at 4.5 on outpost. Even having 4 might be too high at this point.
