The Beams bonk boy needs a new price, and i value that as 12.3-14 because:
- ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12028458 ) in 2 months the best pure offer is 12 buds, and the other offers are arround 12
- ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12830236 ) 1 month B/O of 14, offers around 12 buds
- ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13307881 ) same thing...3 weeks B/O 14 offers around 12
Then see no need to put 14 in the range. And you need sales. And probably some of them are duped. Too lazy to check. Downvote for insufficient proof.

but where is the sales? you need sales for suggesting price
you cant base the price of an unusual on the price of the mass-duped one geez it appears to be 1 clean on outpost at the moment with offers of 15+ in items

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10636439 - sold for scorching anger (12.1-13, old price)
Based on this, I would say the price does need a decrease. The previous two sales seem to suggest a high price that is even lower...
