The guy has a b/o of 5 that has been unmet for 1 month and you are suggesting higher than that?

Where are you getting your prices from? Usually when doing a suggestion on here we use prices from here. The burning l'inspector is outdated, so if you have proof its 5 buds, then thats fine.

Also, you need to include unusual overpay, which is the lowest price, or the middle price *.9.

As indicated above, unusual prices on this site are based in pure. All offers / sales in unusuals require overpay (either low end of current range or middle *0.9). The current price does seem low but an unmet b/o of 5 for 1 month shows your suggested range is inaccurate.
