Doesn't really matter if he resells, I think the current range is fine though seeing that 3 is not impossible.

Taunts tend to sell fast. I'm not totally convinced that 3-3.22 should be removed. They sold within a day but not instantly. And within a day is usually how long it takes to sell any taunt at low end of bp range. Just not really sure. I'll let another mod make the decision.
