The 10 keys one is more of an outlier, the guy had 33 views on it (for unusuals thats nothing) and took little time to sell it to a person who resold it for more.

The one that was an offer of 12 keys and the sold for 11 keys both went very quickly as well.

11-12 would be better really

On top of this, that third link is also a bit of an old sale. I believe RecK is right in saying 11-12 is better.
