Going to consider the Flies Pyromancer an outlier as the price of these is evidently closer to 1 bud due to the three 1 bud sales.
Was about to ask why you 1.3 is an outlier and 1.2 isn't, but then I realized that no price suggestion has ever passed for the Flies Pyromancer and it doesn't really matter too much.
