    if a C/O is 19 keys in unusuals why is the high end just 16, I understand item overpay but it does not go by that much

      It's retracted and it was 1 month ago. There was no interest since, even though that trade was bumped regularly.

    Where did you get the 14 and 16 from? Pencil is 15 keys.
