Planets TC/Goggles sales are outliers, 4 buds is a real QS. Outdated price anyway, as there are TCs on Outpost for under 5.9 buds, which is the lowest end of the range.

Dude , 2 buds its quite a lot .. and stormy 13th hour looks great , for some people its better than burning just a matter of taste

13th hour looks like shit, and you can even get Beams/Scorching/whatever else for cheaper, too. Alternatively, you can buy a much higher tier Pyro hat with 6.5 buds than the Birdcage.

that was just a harmless opinion , downvoting is frequently reserved to comments that are off the place , or when somebody its extremelly rude but well you have a different perspective of it apparently.
