This hat rarely sees the light of day and sales are extremely limited.

Need at least 2 valid sales to price a new hat/new effect. The games for the hat are hard to price, and was probably a rip off for the guy with the unusual. We have no way of knowing where to price the games and therefore cannot be "valadized" and sufficient proof
