Going to include 20 in the range since none of the the 15 pure offers were accepted. Feel free to counter. I feel this is better than nothing as we wait for the hat to settle.

You need two past sales to set the price of new hats.

the effect is old, and the hat is about a year old if im not mistaken.

Yep, you're wrong. This hat was added to the unusual category on 13th May. Still no price set and he has only offers. Maybe he should wait for the sale or show us how much he paid for it.

Well, looking the backpack history I see he got it for a Massed Flies Madame Dixie ~ 14 keys.

uh huh. so old hat but new in unusual quality.

        Update history

and on that note you need two sales for a new unusual hat/effect for this to pass.

vitiel still has his in his bp, and it appears as though he is more interested with jaun's offer than shamefurr display. so ill downvote until that hat is sold.

EDIT: just as of now, http://puu.sh/4gDmV.png

This was my point. Even if the hat/effect is not new, it never had a price before so only offers don't really matter at all. Proof of sales are way better in this case.

The 15 keys offers weren't accepted but neither rejected, so I doubt the high end can be considered valid yet because the guy has only 11 keys in his bp.
