Alright, it's time this hat got a price.
I do in fact own this hat now. It's on the market but I'm most likely keeping it. The guy I bought it from payed around 4.1 for it in unusuals.

he gets an offer of 3 buds and takes it for quicksell. Most quicksell offers are atleast 25% off, and this doesn't seem like an exception.

Mine was dead presidents. We both valued my hat at a solid 10 buds, we valued his cosa at ~6.3, and the noir at 3.6.
Don't wanna sound like a dick but you need to hover over the items so we can see the effects, otherwise we can't say if that proof is valid or not :/. For example I don't even know what hat you traded since it is named.

They aren't offers, they are deals.

Its a quicksell just barely below the range. Quicksells are trades at a discount. Put two and two together.
The "quicksell" isn't even sold and the trade is poorly bumped. You only have 1 sale, close this and wait for another sale.

A quicksale does not count as an actual sale, if it is indeed a quick sell. This is because 2 sales are required in the range you are suggesting, thus quicksales don't count. Also, he got an offer of 3 buds, but the hat has not been traded, so 3 buds does not seem like a quicksale to me.
I hope you aren't thinking of stealing that guys offer(you did not get that offer on your trade), as that would be trade hijacking and is against Outpost rules.
It doesn't matter what you "value" the cosa at. I can "value" my special refined at a buds, that doesn't make it the accepted value. You need to use backpack.tf prices or submit substantial proof if a hat is unpriced to use it as proof for pricing other hats.
Other than the sale you claimed about the previous owner buying for ~4.1 in unusuals(which you have yet to prove), I don't see any proof here except offers, and prices cannot be set based on offers. Besides that, one currently on outpost has a B/O of 3.5 buds, so the hat price should not exceed that.
your 3.5 low end is invalid without accounting unusual overpay and sales is much stronger than offers , better if you make 3 bud low end

Your multi unusual trade is invalid proof unless you are using bp.tf prices.
