http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13535393 my own trade, i think i got like 1 in a 3 week span for 1 key.

1 key sold rather fast, so it is not in the range, 1 keys 2 ref seems a bit like an outlier (2 sellers at 1 key 1 ref, not much succes (small market)) so 1.2 flat seems the most accurate price atm.
